We do our best to ensure that all such third parties treat the data we share with them in strict confidence and with professional integrity.
PORTAL stores and processes your data in databases, spreadsheets, in email archives and in contact management systems. Access to these systems is password-protected. Our database and websites run on secure servers managed by industry leading hosts.
On your request, we will provide you with a copy of all the data we hold that is connected with your name and/or your email address. If you want us to stop using your data for one or more of the purposes described above, please let us know. If you want us to delete some or all of your data, please let us know and we will help as much as possible.
